Aussies Named For Barcelona's Massive Primavera Festival

A handful of Australian acts have been confirmed to play Barcelona's massive Primavera Sound Festival this May.

Leading the charge is one of the stars of 2014, Chet Faker, along with veterans The Church, Sydney beat-makers Movement and Panama, plus Melbourne jangle-pop band Twerps and emerging singer-songwriter DD Dumbo.

Last year's bill featured locals like Pond, Cut Copy, Jagwar Ma, Courtney Barnett and Gang Of Youths so it's nice to see another batch of Aussies in the mix for 2015.

The event has become one of the major fixtures on the international music festival calendar, and continues another year of strong talent with the likes of The Black Keys, Alt-J, James Blake, Patti Smith, The Strokes, Run The Jewels confirmed to perform.
