Shows in Melb and Syd

More Children Collide More Children Collide

You might have said farewell to the indie-rock rocketship that is Children Collide after several years of inactivity, but the Melbourne trio have announced two reunion shows.

The core line-up of the band met for casual rehearsals when frontman Johnny Mackay returned home from New York from Melbourne Music Week. One thing led to another, and that’s resulted in two special shows.

The band plays Ding Dong, Melbourne on Friday 19 December and Oxford Art Factory on Thursday 15 January.

At this point, it’s unclear whether or not they’re set for a full-blown reunion, but with any luck a couple of shows will reignite the outfit into producing new music.
