Silent Bob voices plans for a Feb tour

Director/actor/legend Kevin Smith may be working on three films, his podcast, and numerous other projects, but he’s still found time to team up with Jason Mewes and bring the Jay & Silent Bob Get Old tour back to Australia early next year.

While no exact dates have been announced yet, Smith confirmed to theMusic.com.au the pair would be coming back down in February.

“We’re actually planning and plotting on coming your way in Febuaury. So most of today was about putting together the Australian tour of Jay & Silent Bob Get Old, and then a Q&A afterwards,” Smith confirmed.

“It’s been like two years. I remember being [in Australia] when The Avengers opened, so as Age Of Ultron is set to open, maybe we should get our arse back over there.

“We’ll be there – I swear. I cannot wait. It looks like it’s going to be a good tour.”

Smith’s latest film, comedy horror Tusk, will be released on DVD on 19 Feb, and he is working on its two follow-up films and Clerks III.
