Archie Roach, Briggs Confirmed For Saltwater Freshwater Festival

Indigenous music and culture event Saltwater Freshwater Festival has revealed its first round of artists for the January event.

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Archie Roach and hip hop star Briggs lead the names, which also includes rising artist Radical Sun, renowned performer Emma Donovan and her band The PutBacks plus funky dance crew DidJital.

The full music line-up will be unveiled at a later date.

The festival, which began in 2010, will also feature a number of other performances, art showcases, workshops, talks and activites for children.

Saltwater Freshwater will take place on Monday 26 January, Australia Day 2015 at the Regional Botanic Gardens, Coffs Harbour between 9am and 5pm. Entry into the event is free.
