More Food Court More Food Court

Sydney-bred garage rockers Food Court are making their return to the spotlight with the announcement of new seven-tack EP Big Weak, and they're backing it up with the glorious news they'll be traversing the east coast capitals in support of the release late next month and early December.

Big Weak, out on Friday, November 7, is preceded by lead single 14 Years Young, which has garnered significant airplay from national youth broadcaster triple j of late. The lads have been keeping busy recently supporting esteemed peers Dune Rats, Palms, and Bad//Dreems, so they've been keeping close to a diverse group of high-quality company, which no doubt will have untold benefits for the fledgling act as they work up to their launch tour.

Check the clip for 14 Years Young below.

Food Court recorded Big Weak with assistance from Sydney-based desk-man Owen Penglis, with mastering coming from Mikey Young. They'll drop the EP through Band Camp next Friday, before they kick off their east-coast run the following week at Trainspotters, in Brisbane, on Saturday, November 15. From there, they head to Waywards, in Sydney, for a show on Friday, November 21, and end up in Melbourne, playing two shows there at the end of the year — Boney, on Friday, December 5, and Minimum Wage, on Sunday, December 7.
