Palms Gather Up Their 'Mates' For Charity Mini-Fest

Sydney-based shredders Palms are amassing a stellar line-up of friends and peers at The Landsdowne Hotel this January as they curate the inaugural Mates mini-festival/fundraiser for non-profit musician-assistance organisation Support Act.

Helping them bring the generosity and good times across two stages on two levels will be an esteemed complement including Bad//Dreems, Gooch Palms, Shining Bird, Bloods, Hockey Dad, Richard In Your Mind, Spod, Mining Boom, Babaganouj, The Fabergettes, Tempura Nights, Woodboot, Foam and Low Lux, Straight Arrows, and a super-secret headliner yet to be announced.

Palms, Bloods, Babaganouj and Hockey Dad all just got done with performances for various iterations of fellow fledgling fest The Blurst Of Times, so should still be in fine fighting form alongside the rest of the regiment by the time Mates rolls around. All profits from the 12 hours of festivities — on Sunday, January 25 — will be donated to Support Act.
