The Melburnian six-piece are staring down the barrell of a new single, a national tour and more

It's been a massive 2014 for Melburnian indie-rock sextet Lurch & Chief, who follow up last year's stupendous sophomore EP Wiped Out with today's announcement of new single Keep It Together, alongside a raft of other revelations, including the highly impressive fact they've just signed a management deal with Mushroom imprint Illusive.

The signing's timing couldn't be better — in addition to Keep It Together's release, the six-piece have announced that they will embark on an east-coast-capital tour next month in conjunction with releasing a double A-side vinyl (on which Keep It Together is one of the tracks) on Friday, November 7.

The recent BIGSOUND alumni will commence their impending tour — which follow's a sold-out national run in March this year — on Friday, November 21, at Brisbane's Black Bear Lodge, hitting Goodgod Small Club, in Sydney, the following evening, and Melbourne's Northcote Social Club on Saturday, November 29. They'll be joined on all three dates by fellow Melburnians Flyying Colours on all three dates.
