Listen To Kele Okereke's New Single, 'Coasting'

Bloc Party frontman and solo artist Kele Okereke has uploaded his newest single, Coasting, as a preview of next month's imminent sophomore LP, Trick.

The minimalist, atmospheric track pulses along as Kele's hushed, high-register vocals provide the majority of melody across the four-and-a-bit minutes. It's an altogether different vibe to what we saw on The Boxer, his 2010 debut full-length effort — less urgent, perhaps — but nonetheless serves as a good introductory piece to his follow-up.

Trick is due for release internationally on October 13; Australians will see it a few days earlier (viva Friday release dates), on October 10. You can pre-order the album via iTunes now.
