Brisbane Hotel Named Best Entertainment Venue Of The Year

Onya, Eatons Hill Hotel!

Brisbane live music venue Eatons Hill Hotel has been named the Best Entertainment Venue of the year in the Australian Hotels Association National Awards For Excellence.

The venue, which is based north outside of the main Brisbane CBD area, took home the gong, while Sydney club and hotel ivy was named Overall Hotel Of The Year (Metropolitan).

Eatons Hill ring in plenty of big name international and local musos, having recently played host to English stalwarts Kasabian, the controversial Courtney Love and rockers Taking Back Sunday and The Used. They have shows from the likes of urban music artist T-Pain, hip hop legend Ice Cube and popular comedian Jimeoin coming up. Check out theGuide for their forthcoming listings.

The award won by Eatons Hill was sponsored by APRA. The AHA's are considered one of the most prestigious awards in the Australian hospitality industry.
