The electronic-music celebration is moving to a new home for 2014, too

Annual celebration of all things electronic music OutsideIn Festival has made its first line-up announcement for 2014’s event, to be led by none other than LA-based alt-hip-hoppers The Pharcyde, Aussie electro luminaries Seekae, German producer Pantha Du Prince and San Franciscan DJ Giraffage.

The festival also revealed that, for the first time, it would be moving to new grounds, at Manning House, in Sydney, for the Saturday, November 29, event.

Rising vintage synth-poppers Client Liaison round out the list of premier live electronica on offer this year, but that core group will be more than capably backed up by the slew of other names revealed by OutsideIn this morning, including the swathe of talented folks occupying the inaugural incursion of the Red Bull Music Academy stage.

That addition alone will see the likes of UK garage icon Wookie, US DJ Spinn, Four Tet protégé Rome Fortune and fellow American Jubilee, as well as Fishing, Guerre, Black Vanilla and Sydney-bred up-and-comers Preacha & Moriarty, plus an opening spot from RBMA alumnus Sui Zhen.

RBMA contingent aside, you’ll be able to enjoy DJ sets from the likes of Sweden’s HNNY, Melburnian stalwart Tornado Wallace, Plastic World’s Retiree and Astral People’s Andy Webb and Ariane.

Early-bird tickets for the 2014 OutsideIn Festival go on sale tomorrow, August 8, and will cost $70+bf, until sold out. General release tickets will follow, for $80+bf – all tickets are available via Oztix.

A second announcement is due to follow in the near future – keep an eye on our OutsideIn Festival page for all the updates.
