New Zealand's Rhythm And Vines Festival Reveals Line-Up

It’s not just Aussies who enjoy a good New Year’s festival – our Kiwi neighbours across the ditch more than hold their own in that department with their annual Rhythm And Vines celebration, which today has announced its first line-up of acts for 2014’s event.

This year, the acts that will be leading the three-day festival, held at Waiohika Estate, Gisborne, from December 29-31, include the likes of UK indie outfit Bastille, a live set from Belgian D’n’B producer Netsky, Auckland-bred BBC taste-maker Zane Lowe, our very own Chet Faker, US hip-hop luminary Danny Brown, and colourful contemporary Action Bronson.

As well, the event will see performances from esteemed acts such as Just Blaze, Ta-ku, Jagwar Ma, London Elektricity & MC Wrec , DC Breaks, P-Money and impossibly lovely locals Little May, among many others, as well as the festival’s inaugural presentation of the Arcadia Afterburner stage, a regular feature of Glastonbury that delivers a “multi-sensory experience” boasting intertwining elements of sculpture, architecture, fire, music and lighting.

Early-bird tickets for this year’s Rhythm And Vines festival are already all gone, and with a total limit all up of 20,000 to be sold, you’ll want to move quickly and grab yours while you can.
