New management. Chugg management.

More Washington More Washington

Megan Washington has signed a management deal with Chugg Music’s Andrew Stone after splitting with her previous manager earlier this year.

With her new album There There due for release Friday 12 September through Universal, Washington is understood to have split with her previous manager, Hub Artist Services’ Troy Barrot, in May.

She has since signed with Chugg Music and joins a management roster that also includes Sheppard, Deep Sea Arcade, Hey Geronimo, Lime Cordiale and Major Leagues.

“Megan is talented, thoughtful, and we're looking forward to spreading the word globally in months ahead as well.”

Washington was the subject of last night’s Australian Story documentary on ABC, which was the tenth most watched show of the night and attracted 787,000 viewers. Pre-orders for the album also pushed the release up to 12 on the iTunes chart.
