The event is scarce on details, but will take place in early July

Keep your friends close, your enemies closer, and your heads on your shoulders, Sydney – US cable network HBO has announced that it is bringing the immersive Game Of Thrones: The Exhibition to the city early next month.

Full details and dates for the Google Play-presented event will be announced in due course, though it will be absolutely free to the public (if you're not already asking yourself what the catch is, you may need to watch more Game Of Thrones).

The exhibit promises to offer a “fresh perspective” on the show, shining a light on key locales, characters and relationships to which audiences have been exposed over the past four seasons of dragon-dappled political fantasy and providing them with a close-up look at a series of new installations and almost 100 original artefacts/props that have appeared on the show.

The first three seasons of Game Of Thrones are available for download via Google Play.
