The record, Black Rat, will be released through Infectious Monday 18 August in the UK and Europe following its Friday 2 May local release through Mushroom's I OH YOU. Today I OH YOU's Johann Ponniah told theMusic.com.au the deal covers the world outside of Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and they're working with Infectious to find America partners.
Infectious are the UK home of other Australian acts including Vance Joy, Cloud Control, Ry X and The Temper Trap, while their roster also boasts Alt-J, Local Natives and These New Puritans.
DZ Deathrays are about to embark on a UK tour with Blood Red Shoes and Slaves.
