The Bennies Announce June Shows

Before The Bennies slink away to the studio in preparation for a new album, the rowdy punk-rock four-piece have just announced that they'll be playing a few headline shows this June.

The band will be spending the Queen's Birthday weekend with their psychedelic partners in crime, Fait Accompli playing shows in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Check out the details in theGuide.

The tour follows the band's recent cover of The Clash's Bankrobber, recorded with the intention of raising funds for eclectic and beloved Melbourne-based alternative bookstore, Polyester Books.

The Bennies will spend a fair chunk of the rest of the year working on a new LP as well as playing shows here and abroad.
