More The Almost More The Almost

Florida emo rock band The Almost have cut the last two dates from this month's Australian tour with frontman Aaron Gillespie rushing back to drum for Paramore.

The tour will begin Wednesday 16 April in Melbourne but the shows in Adelaide (Fowler's Live, Monday 21 April) and Perth (Amplifier Bar, Wednesday 23 April) have been dropped.

“The Almost have unfortunately had to cancel Adelaide and Perth as part of their Australian tour due to scheduling changes with Aaron's commitments to Paramore,” says a note from the promoter.

Aaron Gillespie, who started the Christian-leaning The Almost while paying with Underoath, said “So, so sorry, I deeply love Adelaide and Perth and am so bummed I won't be able to make it. Love you all.”
