More Tonight Alive More Tonight Alive

Sydney pop punk exports Tonight Alive have today unveiled their video for The Edge, a track written exclusively for the soundtrack of The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise Of Electro.

With the film released in Australia Thursday 17 April, tracks from the soundtrack are starting to be revealed and Tonight Alive – who've told theMusic.com.au in the past that they struggle to find a solid platform in their home country – are in good company.

As well as their track, today has also seen the release of an Alicia Keys-Kendrick Lamar collaboration that also has input from Pharrell Williams and Hans Zimmer (who provides the blockbuster movie's score).

The spot is a huge coup for a band, who've yet to realise their full commercial potential, considering the power Hollywood blockbuster movies like The Amazing Spider-Man 2 have in breaking artists. Consider Paramore and Twilight five years (and 98 million views) ago for example.
