An unexpected guest appearance.
Amazing, the first album of original songs from the legendary Marcia Hines to be released in 20 years, will be out at the beginning of April.
We had a sneaky copy of the record arrive on our desk recently and were struck by one song in particular, which sees the legendary singer joined by a very famous friend; none other than iconic Australian blockbuster actor – and musician in his own right – Russell Crowe.
The two duet on a track called Remedy, and we've been given permission to show it to you exclusively this afternoon. Check it out below.

Crowe is no stranger to the music business, his bands 30 Odd Foot Of Grunts and Russell Crowe & The Ordinary Fear of God have been a part of his life for over 20 years now, though his music has copped a fair bit of criticism in that time – Frenzal Rhomb's biting track Russell Crowe's Band one of the more public takedowns of the movie star's musical career.
Hines and Crowe have worked together in the past as well; check them out playing Testify at the AFI Awards a few years back below.
