More The Jezabels More The Jezabels

An album track from Sydney quartet The Jezabels has been remixed by Aaron Harris of Palms and Isis fame.

His remix of Psychotherapy is a darker, edgier version of the soft and atmospheric track, which, as reported by SPIN, Aaron said he was "instantly drawn to it's softness and beauty".

The Jezabels lead singer Hayley Mary set up the collaboration.

"Aaron is a cherished friend of the band who took us on tour around America when we first started touring there... We wanted him to remix a song from The Brink because he's a great engineer/mixer and a part of our family."

The Brink, the follow-up to their debut Prisoner, came in at number two in the ARIA Albums chart when it debuted a few weeks ago. Prisoner also debuted at two when it was released in 2011.

For those wanting to catch The Jezabels, they're playing the Groovin The Moo festival plus The Music are proudly presenting five headline shows across the country, with two shows at the Sydney Opera House, along with dates in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, with the latter three being opened by fellow Sydney outfit Gangs Of Youth.
