Four great records are re-released.

Some of the most inconic Aussie rock records of the late 1960s and the 1970s are being reissued on vinyl thanks to Albert Productions and Sony Music Australia.

The Easybeats' The Best of The Easybeats + Pretty Girl from 1967 is the earliest of the records getting the reissue treatment, this gem of a record features so many irresistible rockin' R&B hits and is a must have for any serious rock'n'roll party. It was one of those records that really put Australian music on the map and those songs still sound great.

Speaking of The Easybeats, their frontman Stevie Wright also released a genuine classic album in 1974's The Hard Road. Best known for featuring the brilliant Evie trilogy, the record is equal parts joyous and sad and saw the frontman show a completely different side of himself.

The ferocious Face To Face by Aussie pub rockers The Angels is getting a shiny new pressing 36 years since its original release and the power of their urgent, heavy rock ought to be screaming from speakers all across the country.

Likewise Rose Tattoo's 1978 eponymous record is a tough piece of Aussie rock, with plenty of swagger, plenty of speed and plenty of attitude.

Fittingly, the records will be released on Record Store Day, which happens on Saturday 19 April this year, they'll be pressed on 180 gram vinyl and have been converted to new vinyl masters by the great Don Bartley, so they're gonna sound sweet.
