Pennywise Added To Less Than Jake Sydney Sidewave

As if the Soundwave camp didn't already have enough on their plate right now, today they have given a bit of an insight into some of the crazy dealings that go on behind the scenes – crazy dealings that often result in complete awesomeness for punters like you and us.

Fletcher from Pennywise is reported to have called AJ Maddah at 4.33am last week to basically demand that his band plays a small Sidewave date with their friends Less Than Jake. Considering Less Than Jake have already had shows confirmed with Bowling For Soup and Zebrahead, this has meant Pennywise have had to jump on one of these gigs.

As a result, Sydney fans have the opportunity to see Pennywise perform one of the most intimate club shows they've ever turned in while in our country and they're doing it with three other hugely popular punk rock bands.

Monday 24 January will see these four bands shape up at the Manning Bar in Sydney; there are a few tickets left, so we'd suggest getting one right now.
