And people got drunk

The fifth Rolling Stone Awards were held last night – and yes, Lorde won more awards.

The 17-year-old New Zealander, who wasn't in attendance, picked up the plates for Album Of The Year (Pure Heroine) and Best New Talent, while there were also wins for The Jezabels and The Preatures, who were on hand to pick up awards.

Held at the Beach Road Hotel in Sydney's Bondi, the 'Rolling Stone Award' went to Bluesfest and Boomerang promoter Peter Noble.
