Aussie rock favourites British India have had a great start to the new year, with the news that their hit 2013 single I Can Make You Love Me has achieved gold status.

This is the first gold record achievement for the band since they formed in Melbourne around ten years ago. The track was the first single off their acclaimed 2013 LP Controller.

The guys also have plenty of shows coming up over the next few months. They'll be performing throughout the A Day On The Green series, which kicks-off this Saturday 25 January in Geelong at The Hill Winery. The band are also playing a set of headline shows, finishing up in late April. Check out all the dates below.
