Urthboy, Ella Hooper To Host Coopers Amp Shortlisted!

The Coopers Amp Australia Day event Shortlisted! is just around the corner and today we know a few more artists who will be involved.

Hosting the day will be Tim Levinson aka Urthboy and singer-songwriter Ella Hooper, while Melbourne psych-rock outfit Beaches have been confirmed to perform at the event. The band are one of the longlisted acts in the running for this year's $30,000 Coopers Amp prize with their album She Beats.

Last year's prize winners Hermitude are headlining the gig, with Dialectrix and Jen Cloher - also in the running this year - set to perform as well. The shortlist acts will be announced at the free event, held at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Sunday 26 January.
