Glen Hansard Announces March Sydney Opera House Show

Irish singer-songwriter Glen Hansard will venture over to Australia this March for a special performance at the Sydney Opera House.

The Frames and The Swell Season member will play at the iconic venue on Thursday 20 March and fellow Irish performer Lisa O'Neill will act as support. You can find all details on the performance below.

Hansard, who was last here early last year with The Frames, has carved out quite an impressive career since forming said over 20 years ago. The musician garnered a different level of fame in 2007 after he won an Oscar with his Swell Season partner Marketa Irglova for their song Falling Slowly, which featured in the film Once.

His latest EP Drive All Night was released last year and featured a cameo by Pearl Jam maestro Eddie Vedder.
