Plus more of the other first round line-up highlights

The first round of artists and events for the 2014 Sydney Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras has been unveiled today with a plethora of music, theatre, cabaret, arts and film set to entertain the masses next February/March.

Leading the music contingent will be iconic British DJ Joey Negro, who will headline Harbour Party 2014 on Saturday 22 February in what should be one of the more spectacular and lavish shindigs of the entire event.

Obviously the actual Mardi Gras parade will again be a massive highlight, but the party that follows it also looks set to be a must-attend event. Kim Ann Foxman, Dan Slater and Yo! M.A.F.I.A. will help punters kick-on well into the night on Saturday 1 March at Playbill Venues and Entertainment Quarter Moore Park.

If you like your music mixed with a bit of burlesque, glam-punk-rock outfit Bertie Page Clinic will launch their new LP Too Loud, Too Naked with their production Bertie Page presents: Pussy Love! The show will take place at the Spectrum on Friday 28 February.
