Up and coming Canberra rapper Citizen Kay has dropped a brand new single online today, with the horn-heavy Raise A Glass further evidence that this is one of the brightest up and coming talents in any genre.

The track features fellow Canberra act the Brass Knuckle Brass Band backing Kay up with some mighty strong horns, lending a real party vibe to proceedings.
