Pop punk act 'leaked'
Soundwave supremo AJ Maddah continues to refine the art of self-leaking your own line-up through Twitter, with New Jersey pop punk outfit I Call Fives apparently the latest act to be added.
Responding to fan requests for news on the next Soundwave line-up (which is happening late Thursday at this stage), Maddah responded with, “Do you want to announce a band in advance?”
The fan, Tate Wilson, responded, “Yeah sure if you want me to do one I'd be happy.” Maddah wrote, “OK. Go right ahead. You know which band…”
Shortly after Wilson tweeted, “Good news everyone, @icallfives are playing #sw14. As you can imagine this makes life 10000000/10 for me.” The post was retweeted by both Maddah and the festival's official account.

Over the weekend the band of former Killswitch Engage singer Howard Jones, Devil You Know, were added to the bill via a Twitter “leak”. Maddah has since ruled out Danzig for the Soundwave second announce, claiming they asked for “ridiculous money”, as well as Touche Amore.
I Call Fives previously toured Australia in 2011 with Sydney band Heroes For Hire.
