The event will turn into a three-day party

Future Music Festival will once again be held in south-east Asia next year, with a mammoth three-day program unveiled today for the event.

Taking place at the Mines Wonderland theme park in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, FMF will begin with an opening party featuring Deadmau5 and others, while on the second day, heavyweight DJ Armin Van Buuren will present his live show A State of Trance 650 to festival-goers. Buuren will choose the other acts that will perform on the day.

On the final day of FMFA, the likes of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Rudimental, Eric Prydz, Wu-Tang Clan (Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon), Baauer and more will perform across the event's four stages.

Director of FMFA, Brett Robinson believes the 2014 festival will be one of the biggest to hit south-east Asia.

“We have a phenomenal line-up and I don't think Southeast Asia, let alone Malaysia, has ever witnessed a gathering of musical talents in a single event of this proportion and scale.”

The festival will take place from Thursday 13 to Saturday 15 March. For more info, head to the FMFA website.

Future will hit Australia just before it takes off to Malaysia, with Phoenix, Deadmau5 and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis headlining. Refresh your memory on the whole line-up here.
