Moving Pieces Of The Sea is the Sydney outfit's  second full length, and after teasing the double A-side The Vanishing Shapes of a Better World / The Deepwater Drownings Part I, they have finally released the LP today.

It was recorded with the legendary Steve Albini, of Nirvana and The Pixies fame, in Chicago, and is jam-packed with cinematic imagery, alternate themes and the key sounds that made people fall in love with The Crooked Fiddle Band in the first place.

The band recently unveiled a string of tour dates set to take them across the country from late this month to the end of the year, see all at theGuide below.

In the meantime, here's an additional play-by-play in images of the Moving Pieces Of The Sea album art construction.

Moving Pieces Of The Sea was released today through Birdsrobe Records.
