Not so many “woop woop”s at Psychopathic Records right now.
One of the most notorious musical gatherings on the planet, Gathering Of The Juggalos, is reported to be in financial trouble as they find themselves unable to pay vendors from the 2013 event.
The event, which takes place at the Hog Rock Campground near the tiny town of Cave-in-Rock in Illinois, has drawn headlines for the seemingly lawless society that forms through its duration as Juggalos – diehard fans of the band Insane Clown Posse – enjoy days of heavy drug use, nudity and spraying soft drink at each other.
The infomercial for the 2013 event.
But things didn't quite go to plan for organisers in 2013, The Southern Illinoisan have reported, with vendors claiming they have been given bad cheques or simply haven't been paid for their services in 2013.

Event-Tex, the company who have provided power generation and distribution for the past three Gathering events have issued a statement to media and other industry professionals after the $54,000 owed to them this year has not yet been paid.
“In conversation with many of the other vendors who were contracted for the event, it has been learned that none of them have been paid,” Event-Tex owner Patrick Gail said in the statement. “The total amount owed from our discussions with the vendors exceeds $300,000.”
Psychopathic Records, the label that was set up by Insane Clown Posse and which is home to many of the acts on the Gathering, issued a statement to the Associated Press last week, admitting there were unforeseen expenses that affected their budgets.
“Unfortunately, in our attempt to provide the best possible event for our fans, expenses exceeded estimates and expectations, which we had not previously planned for,” Psychopathic's statement read. “The company putting on the event, Juggalo Gathering Inc., has no intention of turning its back on these financial obligations and is in the process of preparing a plan to take care of all vendors. We thank all of our vendors for their understanding.”
It has not been a great week for the company, with former publicist/attorney Andrea Pellegrini seeking legal action after alleged sexual harassment.
