Drunk Mums Sign With 123 Agency

Cairns-via-Melbourne unique pub rock outfit Drunk Mums have signed with Damian Costin's 123 Agency.

The booking agency, which spun out of Premier Artists in May, is officially launching at the BIGSOUND conference and showcase this week and today Costin said, “I'm thrilled to announce we have signed and sealed Drunk Mums.

“We've been fans for some time now and we think they are a band that will turn some heads with a new record in the wings and some announcements on the way. We are in for a great ride and we'll be making waves shortly.”

Their manager James Young – of Cherry Rock – said, “It's all about like-minded people I guess. Drunk Mums are young, creative, a little crazy and even though they don't know where they're going you just know it's going to be a helluva fun ride.

“The exact same can be said of Damo and the awesome team he has working with him at 123 Agency. I think 123's digital marketing arm was a major plus that got me and Drunk Mums keen. That and the fact that Damo can seriously 'get on it' and still answer your calls from his work desk the following morning!”

The roster includes Stonefield, Kingswood, Way Of The Eagle, Katalyst, Ella Hooper and Calling All Cars, amongst others.

Drunk Mums are not showcasing at BIGSOUND this year.
