Dylan Frost, frontman of Sydney rock outfit Sticky Fingers, was arrested at Perth's Rottofest festival last weekend after climbing the stage's scaffolding.

According to eye witness reports, Frost - whose band was headlining the music line-up - climbed onto the stage roof and jumped off, which was deemed to be a danger to fans. After a scuffle with security, police became involved and he was asked to leave the island and return to Perth.

The band's manager Neal Hunt told theMusic.com.au, “The security gave him some grief at some point around the roof climb, and he didn't take well to the way they approached him.”

Although not exactly sure what the offence was, he believes charges will follow “[it's] likely in the way the discussions went down.”

It is believed Frost will have to return to Perth to face court in the coming months.

Perth promoters JumpClimb have posted footage of the incident.

The band recently kept theMusic.com.au a diary of their European tour, during which they were attacked and robbed in a very incident-packed journey.
