Applications Now Open For White Night Melbourne

Musicians, artists, performers and the like can now apply to participate in next year's White Night Melbourne event.

The creative arts festival recently announced its return for 2014 after an impressive debut season earlier this year. The diverse event, which features music, visual arts, dance, culture and so much more, will take place on Saturday 22 February in and around Flinders Street.

Expressions of interest are open, until Tuesday 1 October, for the following categories:

Musicians/Bands
Dance groups/Dancers
Lighting/AV/Projection products or companies
Buskers
Organisations
Venues/Galleries/CBD Spaces
Cafes/Bars/Restaurants/Food trucks
Out of the box projects

Of the festival's second offering, Creative Director, Andrew Walsh said he was excited to deliver an even bigger spectacular than its debut.

"I urge the creative community, as well as businesses, galleries and the general public to submit their ideas for transforming our city, helping to create what is sure to be another unforgettable night."
