Birds Of Tokyo, British India and more also revealed for the September release

Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder joins Neil Finn to cover the iconic Hunters & Collectors pub rock anthem Throw Your Arms Around Me on a forthcoming compilation tribute to the Australian band.

The full track list of the much-rumoured album was released via the Mushroom Group's site tonight. The album, to be titled Crucible – The Songs Of Hunters & Collectors is set for a September 27 release date.

Talking To A Stranger, the band's breakthrough hit from 1982, has been covered by Birds Of Tokyo for the album, while The Avalanches have reworked it as Stalking To A Stranger (Planets Collide Remix).

The Rubens have scored the honour of tackling the band's most famous track Holy Grail while British India have reinterpreted Do You See What I See? and Paul Kelly has recorded True Tears Of Joy.
