The cult favourites were already announced for October's ATP bash.
Rhode Island's Lightning Bolt have been well-and-truly playing by their own rules since first getting together back in 1995 and they, to this day, remain one of the most confounding, exciting, inspirational and exhilarating bands around.
While their recorded material and collaborative work with the likes of The Flaming Lips and Bjork have generally been pretty great, their live show is something else – a completely and utterly unique, mind-fucking experience of noise, aggression, improvisation and power.
The band were already announced as part of the All Tomorrow's Parties Release The Bats event in Melbourne, but they've today announced dates all around the country, taking in five sideshows at relatively intimate venues around the country.
