Bernard Fanning, Jessica Mauboy Added To Mbantua Festival

The inaugural indigenous music, arts and culture event Mbantua Festival just got a tad bigger with former Powderfinger frontman turned solo artist Bernard Fanning and songstress Jessica Mauboy added to the bill.

The pair join the likes of Missy Higgins, Dan Sultan, Tjintu Desert Band, Archie Roach and Frank Yamma on the lineup for the five-day event.

The festival will also feature two world premiere music and theatre features - Bungalow Song, which has been composed by singer-songwriter David Bridie and Bush Mechanics Live.
