PREMIERE: Bleeding Knees & Kite Clubs Go Britpop With Dumb Blondes

Dumb Blondes is the new project from Bleeding Knees Club's Jordan Malane, Kite Club's Nicholas Futcher and their buddy Joel Abbott. But don't go expecting some kind of amalgamation of the two aforemntioned bands, a listen to their new single Into The Light proves that the band are going for something altogether different.

The pop sensibility remains, but the brash bratty Bleeding Knees garage, while things are a little more straight ahead than the loopy indie pop of Kite Club. There's a strong Britpop influence in what is, all in all, a real smooth ditty.

No doubt we'll be hearing and seeing more of these dudes in the coming months, so stay tuned. We're pretty excited about it.
