New album in the works
Sydney singer/songwriter Andy Bull has landed a deal with famous American label Republic Records ahead of his next album.
With the release of new single Keep On Running Bull is working towards a new record, his first since 2009's breakout We're Too Young, which will come after a period of writing and regrouping.
One of Universal's key imprints, Republic's US roster includes Black Sabbath, Gotye, Cut Copy, Florence + The Machine, Of Monsters & Men, Washington Nicki Minaj, Havana Brown, Amy Winehouse and ZZ Top, to name a few.
Republic's Vice President A&R Brett Alperowitz said, “We're really excited to be Andy's team in the US. Universal Australia and his management at Mucho Bravado are doing a great job developing Andy. It's no surprise the music is cutting through. It's really fresh and unique. We look forward to introducing American audiences to Andy Bull and what is shaping up to be a terrific album.
