And he's filmed a sweet 'Making Of' clip about his new music video

In correlation with the release of his new EP next week, Aussie alternative hip hop entity Grey Ghost has announced a six-date tour in celebration for the five-track follow up to his 2012 debut EP.

His new offering, The Elixir EP, sees a venture into experimental hip hop and a list of stylistically complex material, produced by the likes of Jan Skubiszeweski (Way Of The Eagle, The Cat Empire), Matik (Drapht, Bliss n Eso) and Styalz Fuego (360, Wiley), with well-known mixer Barny Barnicott (Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys) finishing the offering.

As a budding musician, film-maker and visual designer, Grey Ghost has also written and directed his own clip for single Elixir, showing society's fear of growing old and dying through the inspiration of comedy legends like Woody Allen and programs like Faulty Towers, starring his own grandmother. It is not the musician's first video clip, directing for Xavier Rudd, Seth Sentry, Pez and Mantra in the past. Below is a video detailing the making of the clip, which is set to go live next Monday 17 June.

The tracklisting for the new EP is as follows.

1. The Elixir
2. Back To Life
3. Satellite
4. Long Way Home
5. Dynamite Love

The Elixir EP is available from Friday 21 June, and his tour dates are below.
