They'll hit theatres around the country a month after Splendour.
We only just premiered their incredible new clip on Monday and now Fat Freddy's Drop have announced that they will be embarking on a full national tour in support of their soon to be released album Blackbird.
The record is out on Friday 21 June through Remote Control, after which the band will play Splendour and then return to Australia to punch through a run of four dates in late-August/early-September.
The new LP is said to feature a wide array of genres yet again, the band taking influence from Ethio-jazz, Detroit techno, blues and soul to name but a few and we can't wait to not only hear what it's like but see how it goes in the band's already kinda legendary live performances.
Grab your tickets from 9am Thursday 30 May for what will undoubtedly be another dynamite tour from our favourite kiwis.
