The run of awards for Gotye's Somebody That I Used To Know has continued, with the acclaimed singer-songwriter picking up four gongs at the Billboard Music Awards.

As reported on Billboard, the Belgium-born artist won in the categories of Hot 100 Song, Rock Song, Radio Song and Streaming Song (Audio) for his mega-duet with songstress Kimbra.

It was only three months ago that the pair were the talk of the industry with their history-making win at the Grammys, with Somebody winning Record Of The Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Gotye also nabbed the Best Alternative Album for Making Mirrors.

In other Billboard news, Taylor Swift was the big winner of the night, going home with a massive eight awards. The country-pop starlet was named Artist Of The Year, as well as Top Female Artist and Top Country Artist. Her album Red reigned supreme in the Billboard 200 and Country Album categories as well.

Rihanna was another notable winner, picking up four awards in the R&B artist, album and song categories. Madonna, Justin Beiber, Nicki Minaj and One Direction also scored wins, while Prince was honoured with the Icon Award for his illustrious career.
