The Aussie star was hospitalised last night.
Legendary Australian pop group The Seekers are in the midst of celebrations for their 50th anniversary, but the celebrations have been drawn to a sharp halt as singer Judith Durham last night suffered a cerebral haemorrhage, which has required surgery.
A statement from tour promoter Adrian Bohm Presents has confirmed that the 69-year-old singer was hospitalised after their show at Melbourne's Hamer Hall last night, complaining that she felt unwell. After being admitted to hospital at around 1am this morning she was diagnosed with a “small cerebral haemorrhage”. She is currently undergoing tests.
All shows remaining on The Seekers' Golden Jubilee tour have now been postponed, with new dates to be announced once Durham has been given the all clear from her doctors.
The following dates have been postponed.
