Vagabond will take place in the Kangaroo Valley area of New South Wales.
After years of preparation, a young man and his retired farmer grandfather are ready to introduce a new event to the Australian festival circuit as the Vagabond Music Festival has announced its intention to try and fill the slight void of winter camping festivals.
Held on the old fruit orchard of 83 year old retired farmer Ray Harrisson and organised by his 30-year-old grandson Adam Taylor, the festival will utilise disused massive paddocks lying in the Kangaroo Valley area of New South Wales.
The line up is as follows:
DJ Sien, Guineafowl, The Bedroom Philosopher, Fishing, Luke Million, Bec Sandridge, Lurch & Chief, The Money Go Round, APES, Dylan Hill, The Cadres, Bell Weather Department, The Dead Heads, Jacobide, Psychlops Eyepatch, Pro/gram, Hubert Clarke Jnr w/Prof. Jacob Porter
It has taken Taylor a good four years to get the venue all set up for the event to take place, but he has approval from the Shoalhaven City Council as well as the logistics and infrastructure in place to have the site ready to accommodate up to 3000 campers over the weekend.

Harrisson said he always wanted the farm to stay in the family and, while this probably wasn't quite what he had in mind, it's certainly going to be put to use.
If you grab a ticket before tomorrow it'll set you back just $50 for three days of festival action and two nights of camping! You can grab them online now.
