More The Griswolds More The Griswolds

Sydney outfit The Griswolds have signed an international label deal with Wind-Up Records, which will cover all territories outside Australia and New Zealand where they are signed to Chugg Entertainment's Chugg Music.

The band's single Heart Of A Lion, which enjoyed high rotation on triple j last year, will be available in the US from Tuesday 9 July. With the two label deals now in place, the band's full-length will be released early 2014.

Today Chugg Music's Michael Chugg said, “The Griswolds are one of the finest examples of indie rock that Australia has to offer. The band's talent and tenacity has always been of global standard and we are proud to be working with Wind-Up to show the rest of the world what Australia is all about.”

The Wind-Up roster also includes The Darkness, Creed and Evanescence.
