Can the Bad Seeds topple the Oxford charmers?

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds' new record Push The Sky is looking to challenge Foals' Holy Fire for the top spot on the ARIA Albums Chart this week, if midweek figures are to be believed.

The UK indie outfit scored their first number one last week on the back of a strong Big Day Out appearance but Nick Cave's outfit's new record has had a strong publicity campaign behind it for months. Their national tour kicks off in Sydney next week, which will also help sales.

There's still the regular performers though with Bruno Mars' Unorthodox Jukebox (currently two), Pink's The Truth About Love (three) and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' The Heist (six) all sniffing around the top three. The latter have received a bump thanks to a recent visit to our shores.

And guess what's bulleting up the ARIA Singles Chart this week? It doesn't take a peek at the midweek figures to know that Baauer's Harlem Shake will feature prominently in this week's chart. One Direction's rabid fanbase will ensure that One Way Or Another will by vying for the top spot with the viral year-old hit.

Current number one Pink feat. Nate Ruess' Just Give Me A Reason and James Arthur's Impossible are both still in the mix as well.
