Richard Hawley Announces Australian Tour

The iconic Brit plays three shows in January.

With his stunning work in bands like Pulp and Longpigs and his contributions to the music of bands like Arctic Monkeys and Elbow, Richard Hawley has been partly responsible for some iconic British music. But, as a solo artist, the prolific Hawley has proven that he is a creative force to be reckoned with when left to his own devices.

After seven studio albums, Richard Hawley is continuing to deliver music of supreme quality and his latest solo record, the Mercury Music Prize nominated Standing At The Sky's Edge, is perfect proof of that.

Hawlye makes his way to Australia to showcase his extensive solo catalogue for a series of shows early next year. We have a suspicion more dates are on their way (actually, we can guarantee you a Sydney show will be announced soon) but for now, here are the details.

Saturday 26 January - The Tivoli, Brisbane
Tuesday 29 January - Forum Theatre, Melbourne
Thursday 31 January - Astor Theatre, Perth
