Dubstep, 2step, experimental hip hop, chillwave... it's all there on this huge experimental line up.

More Baths More Baths

Four of the most forward thinking names in indie electronic music are coming together for a massive night of music in Sydney later this year as Strawberry Fields and Astral People present the Land Of The Giants event.

Taking place at Sydney's Metro Theatre on Saturday 24 November, the show boasts a number of acts who are bound to get tongues wagging.

San Francisco's Tycho will be making his debut Sydney performance at the event and he's got his full band coming along with him, making this a huge live show that many fans are very excited to finally be able to witness. We believe there will also be a pretty special visual element to the show as well, which has us quite excited indeed.

After a false start earlier in the year, 21-year-old Baths has finally announced his rescheduled trip to Australia. The Anticon artist has dropped a couple of very well received records in the past couple of years and there are no doubt plenty of people looking forward to finally witnessing how he pulls it off in a live setting.

As Prefuse 73, Scott Herren has made some great music over the past decade or so and been a part of some incredible collaborations (he's worked with the likes of Ghostface, Blonde Redhead, The Books, Aesop Rock, Four Tet, TV on the Radio and John Stanier) and the Warp Records artist is heading back to Australia with his full live show for Land Of The Giants.

The final international name on the bill is the UK's Synkro, who is touring Australia for the first time and looking to prove to Australian audiences that electronic music can go well beyond what many of us believe it can. Are you confused by that sentence? Well listen to his dubstep inspired work and you'll begin to understand what we're talking about.

Joining in on the fun are locals Thomas William and the Astral DJs, completing one monster bill of forward thinking music.
