Gyroscope guitarist Zoran Trivic has broken both legs in after the motorcycle he was driving was hit by a vehicle in Perth last Monday.
Expected to make a full recovery, it means that he will undergo operations and rehabilitation for the next three to four months.
As a result, the popular Perth rock outfit have had to postpone their The Benefit For Dana show until Saturday 22 September, at the Rosemount Hotel.
The show will raise funds for Perth local Dana Vulin, who was attacked and set alight by an intruder two months ago. With burns on 60 percent of her body, she and her family are facing substantial costs for medical expenses and rehabilitation.

It is also anticipated to be something of a comeback for Gyroscope, who have been taking time off touring after the album cycle for 2010's Cohesion. Their fourth record, it reached number three on the ARIA Charts. 2008's Breed Obsessionwent to number one.
