Album Review: Two Door Cinema Club - Gameshow

Two Door Cinema Club's unique blend of indie-pop seems to know no bounds and, with the release of their third studio album, they introduce their audience to new soundscapes and dimensions.

Gently easing into Are We Ready? (Wreck), the band drop the unexpectedly disco-falsetto vibes of Bad Decisions. The success of the album doesn't rely on the two singles, however. The indie-pop dreamboats drop banger after banger, with eclectic guitar riffs and the kind of upbeat drumming that makes you want to grind and skip at the same time. Moving smoothly through distorted guitar-driven track Gameshow to the dreamy and funky Fever.

They've hit the lo-fi nail on the head and turned it into a brass section with this record.
